The primary objective of the Economics program is to equip graduates with the necessary competencies to build successful careers in the private sector, public sector, and academia. Our graduates contribute as qualified professionals in the following domains:
-) In the public sector, they undertake positions as inspectors, auditors, specialists and civil servants contributing to the development and implementation of public policies.
-) In the private sector, they undertake positions as economists, auditors, consultants, specialists, bankers, managers, and accountants in national and international firms, banks, other financial institutions, insurance companies, consultancy firms, and research centers, contributing to the effective management of business processes.
-) By adopting an entrepreneurial approach in various sectors and fields, they establish their own businesses or contribute to existing ones, develop sustainable, technology-driven, and socially impactful projects, and contribute to the business world with innovative solutions.
-) By pursuing graduate studies, they enhance their knowledge in the field of economics, conduct academic research, and undertake academic positions in higher education institutions, private and public research centers, contributing to the production of scientific knowledge.
-) They develop an awareness of integrating sustainable development, income equality, social welfare, and environmental responsibility into economic policies. Guided by ethical principles, they make informed decisions and contribute to society by working in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) or other institutions dedicated to these areas.
